Maryland Multi-Housing Association’s Industry Development Day and Expo is February 24 at Martins West, 6817 Dogwood Road, Baltimore, MD 21244.

Industry Insiders Round-table will feature Tom Bozzuto from The Bozzuto Group, Mark Caplan from WPM/The Time Group and Greg Clickstein from Sawyer Realty, LLC. These power hitters will discuss the in’s and out’s of what is happening in the apartment industry. Bill Roohan and Mike Muldowney from CBRE will be discussing the state of the “for sale market” for Multi-family housing in the Mid-Atlantic region.
